I'm wondering what's going on with the potential candidates for the presidency? Why, are they waiting until now to get their hats in the ring? I saw Obama do a "take off" long before the year of the actual elections. He made sure everyone knew his name, and saw plenty of him. He gave his statements about the Bush government and made sure to put a slogan out there. "Yes we can!" Well, I see a bunch of people talking smack, but none that are actually doing much campaigning to make a good showing.  What are we in for on this election?  Surely, it's not going to be Obama .........again?

What Next?

Can you imagine what we the American people are up against this coming election? I need to know more about the one's who are wanting to be elected. You need to know more about them as well. It's not been looking very good, with the people who are placing their hats in the the political ring. I'm wondering if any of these contenders are any better than the one we have in office at present? I'm not impressed with any of them.

Rick Perry ?

Perry got a buzz going last week after a speech in Dallas gave him major support and radio host Rush Limbaugh praised the governor pushing the idea that Perry should seriously consider a presidential candidacy. 
There are a few people in the Republican establishment having problems with the lack of enthusiasm being generated by the field of 2012 GOP hopefuls. So when a somewhat new face from an significant state says they will "think about" running for president, those same people take heed.   He has made a statement that he wouldn't run, now let's see if he sticks to that.
