She's still mad...........

Those of you who thought it was "Ok" that the Dallas Cowboys pulled a fast one before the game last night...listen up!
I don't care if the Cowboys tried to "skirt" around the issue and change things up...they shouldn't be kneeling for a political cause at a football game. Besides...the NFL wouldn't let them put symbols on their helmets in support of the slain Dallas Police officers, so why in the hell are they letting them do this???!! It just makes me FURIOUS! They say they wanted to show "Unity"...uh...really??! So...let me get this straight, you want to show unity on this Black Lives Matter issue that's ginned up by the Soros crowd, but you couldn't show any kind of UNITY when your own Police officers were slain because of the idiots protesting in that BLM scenario? Stop using prayer as an excuse just to make you look good! Disgusting!
Oh yeah, and while we are on the subject of prayer…anybody remember Tim Tebow and how he was mocked and ridiculed for daring to kneel and pray on the field? Somehow now it’s “cool” because the Dallas Cowboys claim to be doing it as a sign of unity?

Cowboy's

Well, it's over once again.  The Cowboy's have lost their ploy for the Super Bowl, this year.  Last Sunday, gave us another thrilling game, which ended in defeat for our Cowboy's.  They have become a joke to the football circles, when people give their opinions about them.  It's not funny to us people who are hoping for them to get a good season again.  I suppose that's what we will have to live with.  The Super Bowl game won't be as much for for Texas this year, because of it.  It sure would have been a great game had the Cowboy's been a part of the lineup.  We can only hope next year will hand us a better season.

Lance Armstrong

It's too bad that things have happened the way they did.  I'm sure that Lance wouldn't have wanted this outcome.  To be banned from a sport that you love, for life is a very serious thing.  I'm sorry for him and his family.  His children will have to live with this and it won't be an easy trauma.  Lance, knew when he was doing wrong and I suppose he thought he could cover it well, because of his other health problems.  I always say, "where there's smoke there's fire".  It's just too bad that the smoke finally gave way to a huge fire.  Condolences to Lance, his family and friends.

Last Nights Football Game

I call it lowdown and underhanded, the way a certain coach did at the final seconds of the game.  Intentional "icing" of the kicker, by the other teams coach, is definitely un-sportman like, mean and lowdown.  It shows you that people can't play fair, no matter what they do.......

Super Bowl Star Begins Prison Term........

Former Super Bowl star Plaxico Burress appears before judge Michael Melkonian for his sentencing in Manhattan criminal court , Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, in New York. Burress was sentenced Tuesday to two years in prison after accidentally shooting himself in the thigh at a nightclub and later reaching a plea deal on weapons charges.

The former New York Giants star tearfully told his family goodbye as he surrendered to begin his prison stint for attempted criminal possession of a weapon.

Michael Vick Reinstated..........

Vick, free after serving 18 months in prison for running a dogfighting ring, was reinstated with conditions by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Monday. He could participate in regular-season games as early as October.

Vick can immediately take part in preseason practices, workouts and meetings and can play in the final two preseason games - if he can find a team that will sign him. A number of teams have already said they would not. The organization hopes Vick “rises to the occasion and proves worthy of the rare second chance Commissioner Goodell has granted him.”

Steve McNair Found Dead

Police remove a body out of the Nashville apartment where Steve McNair was shot on Saturday, July 4, 2009 in Nashville, Tenn. Former NFL quarterback Steve McNair was shot multiple times and that the 20-year-old woman found dead with him in a downtown condominium was shot once in the head according to Nashville Police.

No Charges Filed.......

No charges will be filed against American swim star Michael Phelps, from his being photographed with a pipe typically used to smoke marijuana, police announced. I guess they think that he has gotten punishment enough, through the news media and the suspension for 3 months. Whatever be the case, I hope that he realizes that he can't do these type of things, because he's to popular in the news and photographers are everywhere.

Michael Gets Suspended.......

“Michael accepts these decisions and understands their point of view. He has been suspended for three months and had his training stipend revoked by USA Swimming. Since a photo surfaced showing him inhaling from a marijuana pipe he lost a high-profile sponsor when Kellogg Co, said it wouldn’t renew its deal with Phelps that expires later this month.
“The penalty is far greater than the crime". He has said he is sorry. Let’s move on to the real problems in this country.”
When he posed for Playboy, so many officials looked down on him. Michael knows he isn’t a bad person, he made a mistake, people need to get over it.
