Got Lucky

 The people of Milford, Tx were very lucky yesterday, when this gas pipeline exploded nearby.  The Chevron company said that there were no injuries or casualities because of the accident.  A five man construction crew were working nearby and caused the explosion.  There will be a full investigation into the matter and details will be made known after it is completed.  

Several people were evacuated and school children were bused to the nearby schools in Italy, TX.  It may be that the people will be able to return to their homes as early as this morning.

He Received His Pay

Did you know that some lawmakers refused their pay during the government shutdown?  I say that's a noble thing to do.  But Obama didn’t, he elected to continue to receive his pay, which works out to about $7,600 per week.  This is actually only a small fraction of the income Obama typically receives. He also collects another income stream from a completely private source as well. It’s averaged him more than $16,000 per week over the past four years. He’ll likely never elect to stop receiving this pay either.
What is this private source exactly? And what has enabled him to collect all this cash?  It's probably his investments.......to mention the possible source........

I find it very annoying to see how the government is making it's people suffer at the hands of what would be considered criminals.  It's truly sad to know that people who are trying to work are being treated so unfairly.  Here you have a government telling them that they have to do this and that, when if it weren't for these working people, the government wouldn't be in operation.  What's even worse is that this government will soon destroy the needed businesses that support the working class people.  What will we do with no income and nothing to eat?  You tell me how we will find the necessary means for our everyday lives?  The government will take it all from us in one way or another.  Shame on you, what the hell are you doing to us?

Wage Increase?

If the law makers ever come to an agreement, it seems we may be able to get a small increase in our checks.  I'm speaking for the many people who live on SS and disability year round.  They are telling us it that the "cost of living" percentage will be one of the lowest given to us.  I'm also sure that Medicare will go up just to take part of it back.  What do you think?

Shut Down

Here we go again with the government taking a step back from their responsibilities to the "people" who elected them.  I for one am tired of all the crap these people are getting us into.  Why can't we just live by the rules that were set down for us many years ago?  Truly those people had better sense than the one's who are running our government now.  It's a shame that certain Federal buildings and monuments are closed.  Many people are on furlough as well from their jobs.  How is this supposed to help the people that they are trying to govern?  Very sad, I surmise..........

Fed Clearance?

Now just how long does it take "red tape" to be processed?  I guess if you work in Washington DC the process is endless.  So, now you see what happens to "would be" terrorists " listed in the security systems computers.  This is one more time that we have evidence the "red tape" of all offices involved making it a slow process of action.  Isn't it very possible that this person "knew" this and acted before his "clearance" could be revoked?  How sad that all the injuries and loss of lives had to happen because of this "due process".

Navy Ship Yard in DC

Latest reports give details about the shootings at the Washington DC Naval Ship Yard, where it is now up to 12 dead including one of the shooters.  Many local area schools and other government buildings were on "lock down", while investigations were happening. 
This is just another of many senseless killings happening this year.  I wonder how people consider these ideas to be a valid of handling a situation beyond their control.  So, many lives have been lost and many injuries have occurred because of these idiots who try to take matters into their own hands.  Yes, they have had a loss, and maybe they felt cheated, but it's not the other people they harm who have caused this.  This is a shameful thing for someone to do.  I hope something will happen to stop this endless violence against our own people. 
Our condolences go out to the people who have lost family members and to those who have been injured because of this rampage.  God help us all!

Here We Go Again

Just how many more times are we going to go and get into other people's business?  Syria, is in conflict and I understand that bad things are happening.  America, keeps getting into all this war games and coming out on the rough end of the deal.  Our soldiers suffer and loose their lives during these wars and we are only trying to help.  Many of these nations hate our country and yet we help them?  WTF?

It's  believed the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of   democracy, with some forty  percent of the nation's population already having reached the  "governmental dependency" phase.

News

In the last few weeks you have seen one thing after another on the news media's.  They cram everything into it from disaster's, kidnappings, attacks, deaths and all other gore things to be on the front line of the news stations.  We the people get very tired of this stuff flashing constantly before our eyes minute by minutes.  Yet, there it is with all the details whether censored or not.  I can understand giving a full account of things as they unfold, but to keep pounding away at us with this is unjust.  Just imagine what's going through small children's heads as they too see this being forced on the audiences?  Wonder why our wourld is getting so bad?  Just look at all the lives the new media's affect.

Texas Blast Kills

Imagine sitting in your home, relaxing after a hard days work.  Suddenly you are blown through the walls of your home as a loud boom occurs.  What happened goes through your head as you land on the ground a few hundred feet away?  This is what many experienced yesterday evening, when the West Fertilizer Plant in West, TX became an inferno.  Firemen had been called to contain a fire which had happened at the plant.  During the process of trying to handle it, the areas close by were combustible to the point of explosion.  Several lost their lives and many went to local and area hospitals with injuries.
Just a few days ago the Boston area where the marathon was about to come to the finish line, became a place of terror and crime.  Here you have two different situations all in the same week and it leads our minds to the attacks that America has dealt with in the last decade.  We the American people are under attack and it may well be that during our lax times we have allowed that to happen.  If it happens again soon, we now wonder where and how large it may be?

Whats Next?

This year has been a horrible time for us Americans.  We've seen people's lives snuffed out by idiots who seem to want some sort of justice?  This is beyond reasoning and down right ludicrous to the public.  The families, friends and coworkers can't fathom the minds of these idiots, when it comes to loosing someone they love.  Daily, our lives are put in jeopardy by such crazy individuals.  Where it happens next is a toss up for unsuspecting people who try to maintain a way of normal life.  It seems the world has bred a large group of mean, cruel sadistic people.  Surviving the onslaught of these low life trash will be hard to do.  I fear the future for our world.

Opinion

I wonder how far our opinions can go?  It is without a doubt that some opinions fall on deaf ears.  I find in tody's world the people listen to what they want to hear.  It's not what some would have them do, but then it's a big world and the population is getting larger.  Whether it is political or otherwise, there will always be someone to differ with you.

Why do the new media run rampant every time a disaster happens.  I for one am tired of seeing articles about the Newtown shooter.  I'm tired of all the other crap they keep putting in front of our eyes.  Disdain comes to me each time I see the face of several people who have been in the news recently.  They just keep filling our heads with all this stuff and wonder where the other unstable people are getting their ideas?  Be honest.  It doesn't take an unstable person long to see a way to do in themselves and other victims.  The news media keeps it alive on a daily basis.

Are you all impressed with the latest news?  I get so damn tired of all the crap.  You should too when it comes to our country.  America, is sitting here like a wooden duck just waiting for the chips to fall. 
What will happen if North Korea makes their threat a reality?  Can you figure what might happen if they actually start shooting our directions?  War, is something that can happen at one slight of hand.  We are over in other countries trying to help them and getting threats from N.Korea who has us in their target.  I wonder what will be next if somehow we can't get things under control?

Oh My

I've been a frequent visitor of a certain popular website for several years.  It's come to my attention that some of the young people love to air their dirty laundry on it.  I have "unfriended" some just to get away from the constant deluge of depressing subjects, remarks and crap.  I have yet to see that these young people are making a change in their situations.  I wonder why they think that everyone should know they are going through tough times with family members?  If you don't like the situation you are in then get the hell out and change it.  Don't sit around whinning about it in hopes someone will feel sorry for you and offer you a way out.  They have their own lives and problems, they sure as hell don't need you to add more to theirs.  Don't whine to everyone then the very next day, be so damn happy with the same person.  WTF?

I work for several different online websites.  Recently, I've noticed the trend to hold money thats due until you build up your amount to the $50 dollar limit.  These certain website's had been paying on a monthly basis and now they've changed their policies.  It's just another inconvenience that I've been running into lately.

If you look at the left-hand circle, you will see a  Pyramid.

Notice  the face is lighted, and the western side is dark. This country  was just beginning. We had not begun to explore the west or  decided what we could do for Western Civilization. The Pyramid  is uncapped, again signifying that we were not even close to  being finished. Inside the Capstone you have the all-seeing eye,  an ancient symbol for divinity. In the Eagle's beak you will read, '  E PLURIBUS UNUM' meaning, 'from many -  one.'  Above  the Eagle, we have the thirteen stars, representing the thirteen  original colonies, and any clouds of misunderstanding rolling  away. Again, we were coming together as  one.
Notice  what the Eagle holds in his talons. He holds an olive branch and  arrows. This country wants peace, but we will never be afraid to  fight to preserve peace. The Eagle always wants to face the  olive branch, but in time of war, his gaze turns toward the  arrows.
An  (untrue) old-fashioned belief says that  the number 13 is an unlucky number. This is almost a worldwide  belief. You will almost never see a room numbered 13, or any  hotels or motels with a 13th floor. But think about  this:

13  original colonies,
13 signers of the Declaration of  Independence ,
13 stripes on our flag,
