I visited a website, which tells what this organization consists of and how it was developed.
Looks as though it's a Hispanic organization that encourages Anti-American activities and civil disobedience.  I heard that the motto for the MEChA's is:  "For the Race everything, for those outside the Race, nothing."
 That is the translated version.  In other words, they really don't like America and yet they live here and enjoy the fruits of our nation?
From all the information I read on this one website, they have a very large organization, which associates with college students and promotes such values.  Scary!
