Theodore Roosevelt, our 26th president, was spot on with his statement on immigration. Another excellent statement by him was "Every immigrant who comes here should be required within five years to learn English or leave the country." ALL local, state and federal business should be conducted only in English and there should be absolutely no need to "Press 1 for English."
