A giant fire west of Melbourne raged out of control Saturday as southeastern Australia sweltered through a record heatwave, while floodwaters in the country's sodden north continued to rise. Aircraft dropped water bombs on raging Australian bush fires as a "once in a century" heatwave sparked dozens of blazes across the country. The causes of the fire are still under investigation and at least 25 deaths have been reported.
