Three of Russia's top five oil producers were accused Wednesday of fixing prices on the domestic market and following other unfair business practices that saw prices jump 50 percent in three months. It's becoming a mounting situation in many countries, and many people are bearing the brunt of it, because there's no way to control it unless the governments help.
