Space shuttle Endeavour's launch has been scrubbed for the second consecutive day due to poor weather. The next launch attempt will be at 6:03 p.m. ET Wednesday. The forecast is better that day, with a 40% chance of bad weather, compared to a 60% chance Tuesday.
Wednesday might be Endeavour's last chance to launch before July 27 because of an unmanned Russian cargo ship heading to the station later this month. Negotiations with the Russian Federal Space Agency could make Wednesday an option.
I guess the phrase...."if at first you don't succeed ...try...try ...again" applies here......... :)
